Service Description

General cleaning of all areas within your home, includes all cleaning of all surfaces in every space, all floors (hoovered/mopped), bathrooms and kitchens cleaned thoroughly. A full list of what is included will be sent with your booking confirmation email. A 4 hour general cleaning slot is reserved for an average 5 bedroom house comprising but not limited to the following rooms: 5 x bedrooms, 3 x mixture of bathroom/en-suites, 1 x kitchen/diner, 1 x dining room, 2 x reception rooms. However, a 4 hours clean is not limited to a 5 bedroom house, you are more than welcome to book the 4 hour slot for your cleaner to concentrate on specific areas of your home. If you feal a 4 hour clean is not enough time for your property, please choose another option with increased hours or complete a customer enquiry form and we will call to discuss your cleaning requirements further. Products and equipment are to be provided by you for health and safety reasons, avoiding cross contamination between properties the cleaners attend. A full list of suggested items will be sent with your booking confirmation email, the cleaner will need confirmation of specific products for specific floor types or worktops (wood/stone/granite etc) this will avoid any damage to your surfaces. Payment can be made in cash or a payment link/invoice can be emailed within a day of the clean being completed. If paying via invoice, payment can be made via debit/credit card or by bank transfer as all details will be included.


Cancellation Policy

Booking requests made online for specific times/days are not guaranteed due to staff availability and permanent client slots. Please see below for specifics of cancelling an accepted cleaning slot. If your booking request has been accepted: - We aim to call you to discuss your requirements and any issues that the cleaner may face when entering your property - pets etc. - A full booking confirmation email will then be sent with copies of documents and other general important information. - If you need to cancel or re-arrange your specified time/date we require a minimum of 2 hours notice to inform your cleaner. Cancellation or rescheduling can be made online/by calling the office or emailing mopofthemorn@gmail.com. If 2 hours notice is not given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the clean total will be invoiced and due for payment immediately. On completion of the clean, an invoice will be sent out via email. Payment terms are immediate. You ahve the choice to make payment via cash (to your cleaner before they leave), bank transfer, Klarna, direct debit or via credit/debit card - all details will be on the invoice email, sent once the clean is complete. Complaints/issues with the clean need to be brought to our attention within 3 working days of the clean, giving us the opportunity to rectify any issues. Please email mopofthemorn@gmail.com with a full description and any images of the issues for us to address. You (the client) are to provide all equipment (cloths/mop/bucket/hoover) as well as cleaning products. A list of recommended products/equipment to use is available on the website and will sent with the booking confirmation email. The cleaner will let you know of any issues with the equipment that may impact the standard of clean, as soon as possible - low battery of hoover etc
